This is the one that everybody wants to see. The presentation methodology and content are undeniably unique. The outcomes and changes are easily evidenced and startling. In this fascinating keynote I explain some of the tools gained in my psychology and music degrees, along with some very cool ancient knowledge. In the accompanying seminar I facilitate practical demonstrations, and utilise much of the discussed methodology to anchor major changes in behaviour and mindset. One of the most sought after components is the visualization exercise which is set to rock music.
The keynote will change and enhance your workplace and personal life, by giving you the tools to stop “just surviving” and start truly living in what the ancients called “flow”. Employers will notice a shift in staff in terms of both their mental and physical well being. Learn the secrets to defining dreams and settings goals. Your team will be inspired to set goals that will give them the incentive to become even more productive and creative. They will be challenged to grow beyond their job description, to stretch their existing skills and to change their current outlook forever.
During the extreme action workshop for companies I give the team a not so subtle push. As a result they step out of their Comfort Zones and through participation in some unique activities, learn the strategies to live and not just survive. Some of the experiences include:
+ Conscious Attitude Alteration: Learning the tools that have been applied for centuries to gain control of your emotional well being.
+ New Thoughts: Unlock your imagination to access to new thoughts and ideas.
+ New Results: Lets look at the psychology of change and gaining different results.
The result for the employer is evidenced in:
- + A team that strives to sit on the competitive edge.
- + A new set of standards that the team will devise and thus strive for.
- + A massively increased energy level within the team.
- + An ability to seek and embrace positive change.
- + Intention based targets that are achieved.
- + Greater team loyalty.
